How long does an order take?

Most orders are processed within 5–20 minutes. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid; timing depends on your bank.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal to protect your account and prevent fraud.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account > Request account deletion. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

Scam warning

No legitimate business or government agency asks to be paid in gift cards. If someone asked you to buy gift cards to pay a bill, fee or prize charge, do not sell those cards and contact support.
